Misinformed Consent Bill (SB 138)

Also known as the "Junk Science Bill", it requires that abortion providers counsel women seeking abortion with non-scientific anti-choice propaganda that their “unborn child” feels excruciating pain during the abortion process. Problem: Another effort to mislead the public and increase opposition to women’s access to abortion.
