 | | | | On March 13th, 2008, Governor Doyle signed Assembly Bill 377 into law. |

 | | Requires hospitals to provide information on and access to emergency contraception for victims of sexual assault. A majority of Wisconsin emergency rooms do not offer information or prescriptions for emergency contraception. Decreasing the number of unwanted pregnancies as a result of sexual assault will lessen the physical and psychological trauma already incurred by victims. |
