Wisconsin Minors' Access Card Brochure

HPRC and the Physicians for Reproductive Choice & Health (PRCH) have developed a Wisconsin specific resource to educate adolescent healthcare providers about the services to which a young patient can or cannot consent.

Minors' Access Cards summarize the complex laws surrounding the provision of reproductive health services to minors in 11 states.
